A small community in the northeastern corner of Long Island, New England in 1819. The aged sailor Daggett is near death and entrusts the villainous deacon Pratt with a map showing two locations of treasures: an unexplored breeding ground for seals in Antarctica and a hiding place with pirate gold together with a tiny key in the West Indies.
